Illumination

It may be entering, escaping, or passing.

Illumination

Visibility is poor. Most of the frame belongs to the fog.

Its radiating head promises illumination, but produces none.

The figure is not heroically overcoming uncertainty. It remains inside it.

The image withholds what lies ahead, behind, or beyond the bordered grey. Yet the creature proceeds, grinning.

Its anatomical absurdity prevent the symbolism from becoming entirely therapeutic.
