Shipping and handling

Sundazed is a U.S. legal entity. Orders for authentic European vintage and archival deadstock are processed and dispatched from our primary fulfillment center in Riga, Latvia.

We offer standard postal and road delivery alongside DHL Express air services. Available services and final shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Sundazed ships all over the world. To put your mind at ease, we provide all packages with a tracking number.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

Qualifying goods in free circulation within the European Union are not subject to import duties when shipped between EU member states. Special territories may have different customs or tax rules. Applicable VAT is shown at checkout.

For orders shipped to the United States or other destinations outside the EU, Sundazed handles import clearance and pays the applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Recipients will not be required to pay additional import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees on delivery.

In-stock orders placed before 14:00 Riga local time on a business day are dispatched the same day, provided payment has cleared. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are dispatched on the next business day once payment has cleared.

The flat rates below are in U.S. dollars and apply to standard orders. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and exclude weekends, holidays, and time spent in customs. They are estimates and are not guaranteed.
