In order to return an item, the following conditions must be met:
- A return request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition.
- The item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.
- Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Certain items are designated as final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Final sale items include, but are not limited to:
- Items sourced, reserved, bundled, or arranged upon customer request.
- Discounted or promotional items, including items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
- Vintage or archival garments sold as-is, where condition and characteristics are described prior to purchase.
- Intimate apparel and swimwear, including but not limited to lingerie, hosiery, boxers, briefs, swimsuits, and bikini bottoms.
Intimate apparel and swimwear must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip intact.
Footwear must be returned with the original dust bag and shoe box, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Once a return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Sundazed reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy. Items returned that do not meet the above conditions may be sent back to the original shipping address at the customer’s expense.
